Welcome to

Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish

Hello Parishioners

Tessa, your Maintenance employee here!

I’m making a post to see if there is any further interest from people in our church to join the “Gardening Club” here at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.

As of now we have myself and a few dedicated others - but I know there has to be more gardening lovers in our parish!

No experience needed - all ages welcome. There is plenty to do here and we will find something for you to help with. We will take all the help we can get!

We need someone to be organizing what people do and when because things get out if hand fast with so many people and so many possibilities and schedules - I am ready to take on this role as leader of the Gardening Club at IHM!

This year our garden beds have taken off like a jungle and I would love to see more volunteers join the Gardening Club to not only get involved, but to give back to our Lord himself through his work. Whether you have summers off, are retired, or just looking to get outside and be with nature - this is your opportunity to do it surrounded by the spirit of our lord on our beautiful campus!

What better way to give back to the parish than helping to keep it looking beautiful and full of color?

Either comment in this post, message the church or message Tessa if you want to get involved so we can talk about times to start making things happen here in the Gardens at IHM and keep up with this year’s weather!

Thank you all in advance for your interest and I hope to see anyone reading this at Summer Fest on Aug 20th

Thank you!

God Bless

“God is light; In him there is no darkness...”

[1 John 1:5]

We, the Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Parish, of the diocese of Springfield, are a welcoming community family of God whose life giving source and center is the celebration of the Eucharist. Following the example of our patroness, the Blessed Virgin Mary, we witness to the life and mission of Christ as we serve our parish, diocese, and the greater community.
